Sure, your family & friends can listen, but wouldn't it be nice to get an unbiased opinion for once?
Therapy often comes with a stigma, but when you are here with us you'll just feel like you're taking time out of your day to confide in a friend. Picture it: A real human being (not a scary, stuffy character like you see in the movies), sitting right there with you, helping you through all the things that are weighing on you. That human may mention growing up in Alabama & say “Y’all” here & there, but will most importantly be a calming presence & an expert in your healing.
